Peyote - Abstract Beadwork

I'm working on this piece of abstract beadwork and have just been enjoying 'winging it'!  It will probably turn into a Cuff as I have some lovely red Chinese beads which I'm dying to use!  

Peyote (click for instructions) - this was probably the first beadweaving stitch I learned and I think is still my favourite.

This is difficult to give instructions for, but if you enlarge the photo you may get some idea of how it is done.  I used wire - bent to shape using pliers, added beads, a piece of fabric embroidery and a painted watercolour piece - all decorated as the fancy took me!
