I went to Barcelona for my fortieth birthday. It was a big drama and I missed my connection, they lost my shoes (don't ask) but it was worth it. It is a fabulous place. Did you go to Parc Guel? (not sure that is the correct spelling) it's hard to believe it was meant to be a 'housing estate' ha ha.
