This beautiful portrait will be raising millions of pounds for research into obesity, diabetes and heart disease. It's a portrait of Marie-Therese Walter, entitled "Jeune fille endormie". It's almost the first time that this has been seen in public and apparently may fetch as much as £12 million at Christie's on Tuesday. In my very small opinion, it's beautiful and shows a lot of tenderness. I love it.
