Stencils

I was making a stencil of a squished paint tube, and kept the cut-out (above), then Photoshopped it with several different surfaces.  Printed them out, and then this can then be used for collage.  I think really simple shapes work well  ................ specially for Matisse! :)

The Snail - Matisse

Matisse created this sometime in his 80th year.  It was one of his last works.  These simple shapes and colours work so beautifully.  It looks deceptively simple.
