just two of the designs from The Silver Studio who were contemporary to William Morris - (the company was formed in 1880).I think we could still use these designs today.
Japanese Rug and loom - I don't suppose, in any way, this Japanese design is influenced by The Silver Studio, but they just seem to go together.

Love the colours in your posts Shirley. The colours of the Japanese rug weaving are fabulous. I never think of putting these colours together, but they really do go well. I really like your new piece of knitting in shades of purple and pink too, and as for the brain...words fail me.
