This was more or less my original test-piece - - inspiration taken from Tiffany stained glass. The composition is not that exciting, but I was interested to see how it would look if I began to tweak it. I scanned and inverted the colours in Photoshop - and in fact preferred the 'new' colours. I then tried to take it back to a more stained-glass look, and drawing with the computer, is quite difficult to do without a steady hand! I now have a couple of ideas to take it further - will post these (if they're worth posting!) I also tried a 'twirl' and a mosaic look.

These are gorgeous Shirley. I particularly love the colours of the top image and your stained glass one. They look a bit like oil pastels.

Cathy - you are a clever clogs! I did use oil pastels! I think with even the most awful bit of drawing - the computer has a way of making it look good!
