Lace Inspired

This imprint was taken from a flower pot pressed into some plasticine.  I had intended to print with it but it actually didn't print very well, so I scanned and Photoshopped the pieces and played with them, and preferred what I ended up with.

The above is from a little sketch I'd done, which again I Photoshopped and played about with, and the one below is from a linocut which has also been Photoshopped.  (You'll get a much clearer image if you click on the picture.)

This gorgeous Moroccan door is from the Paris home of Christian Laboutin - again it's been Photoshopped.
